OK OK!! Welcome cory, relax a bit. No need for any of that here. Read a little deeper in the forums, you will see where we all readily admit errors we have made. Gerry got smashed, tried to cut my fingers off, Jay had a crane job go wrong etc. These are just ones that come to mind off the top of my head.
We are all open, and eager to learn from these errors. But none of us feels the need to make a HUGE deal about it. It's disscussed and hashed out, but not drawn out. And you will hardly ever hear anyone berate another for what they did wrong. They would rather educate us so we don't do something simialer in the future.
