Around here where I live, its a friendly environment. People often know each other, and there isn't a cop around every corner. You can still get your ass beat in an instant for outlandish behavior. We have jerks, like anywhere.
When I visited London, those people were extremely nice to me. I went and partied at Picadilly Circus(?) one night and guys bought all my booze and shared lots of weed with me. Some girls wanted to get down too. I'll never forget that night. They treated me like royalty.
