Here, no one will pay for a biz that has no PHC

Very few people in my area would pay for PHC, most people here want removals or super aggressive lion's tailing because they either want grass or are afraid of hurricanes, unfortunately even if you're a certified arborist most of the time they won't even listen to you.

PHC is reasonably wide spread here and is of course viewed as reliable, profitable repeat biz year after year.

I dunno, I'm sure if they can make money selling it to people they can do it for anything really. Property management is kinda the same idea i think.
