Replying to a Post

Butch wasn't a fan of people using the reply function in threads... I'm sure he had his reasons, but in general, IMO, I think it's better to use them than to not. On other forums, it's customary to use the reply function even if it's just the last post in the thread.

Aside from making it easier to track the conversation, it also gives a notification to the person you're replying to. On higher traffic forums, not having that notification makes it easy to miss things. I assume those notifications would make it easier to carry on a conversation, which would increase traffic here, which is something people have voiced being interested in.
