I'm probably gonna go work for one of the big tree companies 'round here as operations manager. Flog all my kit except my pickup and dump trailer and run my crew on the weekends.......when there's work that is!

Damn Rob, sorry to hear things are that tough for you I went under 6 months ago and things are no better over here. We are being taxed into the ground and work has dried right up.
