Point and shoot - things to photograph

All the flowers are blooming in waves this year as we get rain, then warm sun, then rain. Hope she gets more soon as I am starting to see more varieties starting up now. It's one of my favorites too Paul. I am still a sucker for lupine as well. Used to pick those for my mom as a kid. Used to try and brighten up her days like that :)

They call it an Indian Paint brush up here. It's actually one of my favorites. But I am not so sure. Our plants are a little stout like this picture. And the Indian Paintbrush you see further east is a taller and single stemmed. Still trying to find more on it. I am not great with proper plant latin names.

Cool.

ps, Botanical or Scientific names, not Latin, some are Greek origin etc ;) Just sayin....

Bigfoot Sighting

Wait 'till after 8 - toss in some drinks, 'shrooms or a few hits, and I can see why the Bigfoot reports still come in.

Sort of had Jay if you consider the symbiotic relationship between a sloths hair and algae which gives the hair a greenish tint.:)

Went for a short camp trip to Fort Ebey WA, got a few shots I think are kinda neat.
Spot the Madrone, one of Gary's flyboys, mostly landscape shots.
