MS200 rear handle or MS260 Pro

I don't recall ever seeing a 200 rear handle .I think however Gypo showed up once with an 020 rear at one of our GTG's with a .325 chain .It cut fine from what I remember .

I use my pair of 200T's for limbers .The rear handle deal I suppose is just a personal preference .

Both the MS200 and 020 in rear handle versions are well know entities. I can't recall if Burnham ever posted a pic of his 200. Here is one up for auction over here now. The rear handle version works great as a ground/limbing saw, and not bad at all up in the tree. On the ground, I find a rear handle saw much easier on the wrist. My right wrist is tweeked a bit.

I dunno weather they are safer or not .Hell we raced the little things and didn't incur any problems at all .You have to hang on to them though .

Here's links to the pics of my 200 that I posted when it was new in 2009 (from earlier in this thread!). First link is just the saw, second link is the air filters on the 200 and the 200T in comparison.

Used the 200 on a two day job taking down a bunch of trees last week. Works great for chunking down wood in the 10 - 12" range. We got into some 14"+ wood and had the 346xp hauled up to finish it off. Stoked on the rear handle for sure!
