A Lull is a rough terrain forklift, which that doesn't seem to be.

A "big" Lull has a 10klb capacity, that crane is at least 50k.

My guess on the way it was tilted was so it would fit under the boom and still be off the ground.

I notice it was their rigging that failed.

A Lull is a brand of telehandler or a rough terrain forklift. People refer to them differently depending on geography.

This was described in post #7 as well.
