And it takes a big machine to drive it as well. If you can get that big of a machine to the stump then there are many other options available to you.

Cool! A slow-motion router bit.

They have a bushhog gizmo like that. The blade turns real slow, with a lotta torque and can cut down a tree.

Ed posted an interesting Italian machine that cuts all the roots off and plucks out the center. It was much quicker than that machine.

Only use I could see that being good for would be in an orchard. I don't think ive ever seen a rubber duck that small.
