For the "Old Timers"

I have been a long time reader of these forums and felt little need to contribute until now. Thanks for the blast from the past. I was born in '78 to a father that built timber frame and log homes, ran a small mighty mite mill and selectively harvested in a private stand of cedar and Douglas fir. "Climbers or toppers" we my heroes. I first topped for him in '93. I was gifted a book called "On Rope" in the summer of '94. Some time between '96 and '97 I found a new bible written by what seemed a lesser diety "Beranek" and I have been foot locking ever since. I traveled around the world. I've seen how the Italians get it done and spent 20 years doing it Hawaiian style and now I'm back in the PNW! Old time West coast is still my favorite! Thanks guys.
