Dropped 3 pounds so far. Got to get on a better diet!!

eating everything in sight is not helping.

your body can literally eat it's muscle tissue if there are not enough carbs for energy, and the atkins diet does not allow for that , lemme see if I can find something on it.

I have been lacto-ovo for about 6 months now, I sometimes eat fish, but not that much.
i like it, took a bit to get used to it, but i dropped weight and retained muscle mass, so it's working.
I think the running though is the key, it stimulates your metabolism to bun calories like a furnace all day![]()
careful how many carbs you cut if you are running, you do not want your body cannibalizing muscle tissue for energy , it is called "Ketosis"....your body can literally eat it's muscle tissue if there are not enough carbs for energy,
