Yeah that’s what I read as well. He said that he unclipped to flip over a union and when he went to sit in his system again it failed. Still had his lanyard on.
I’m just glad to see them do a recall. I don’t really know how the investigation went or what type of operator the guy is that was using it when it failed. Some companies try to blame the user until quite a few incidents occur before a recall
That's how I see it. If a swivel were essential, it would have greater value. Just replace it once a year or something. Too many moving parts for a convenience feature.
