Yes, she is an amazing person. She started her business 10 years ago at age 40. Mendocino is a huge, high end wedding destination and she is the cakemaker. I have no clue how much you would pay for that cake, but I am sure it's a lot. Her husband designs and makes Celtic jewelry, beautiful stuff. Talented young folks.

The cake was very tasty. The combination of almonds and mint is very interesting to taste. Next time I'll try the blue cake in the bottom row.
