Paul, Are you wearing Orthodic insoles? Those helped my plantar fascitus greatly......as did the massage therapist who reset a misalligned bone in my foot.

Stump, nope, havent tried that, didnt even see the doc, after the emerg folks told me I had stretched a tendon...:( took me 30 seconds on google to figure out what was wrong with myself, just bought new workboots and walked it off. maybe not the best treatment but its still getting better, slowly.

Might go see about orthotics one of these days, good suport cant be bad can it?
