Battery powered backpack leaf blower

Are there any good ones out there yet? That come close to the regular backpack blowers?

Yep.
I bought a Stihl BGA 200 for my wife.
Doesn't blow like a BS600, but almost.
No more noise than a vacuum cleaner.
Love it.

Stig, how long does it last? For a commercial application, that is key. There are areas in Key West that we have to use them and we need a couple of batteries to complete the job. Mind you, they are blowing huge commercial properties. John flat won’t use them, says the power is just not there.

Depends on the battery.
Stihl has 3 series of batteries that fit the whole serie of tools.
Homeowner, pro and wildly expensive superpro.
As in 300 bucks.
We run those.
They are good for half an hour in the blower, half a day in a hedge trimmer.

So to summarize the Stihl endorsement, “almost as good as the BS600”.

Any off brands that really scrub heavy coverings of packed in litter?
