We are getting off the rock today, headed to West Palm Beach International Race Track, going to watch some drag racing. Some of the top NHRA drag racers are doing trials before the start of the season. It is going to be loud and fun!! It's about a 4 hour ride from Marathon.

I am off to another island this weekend! Marco Island, on the west coast of Florida. I am hoping to catch a redfish! Happy New Year to all of you!

The island we have settled on is actually a dry island, so no poolside bar's. There are plenty of islands that we have visited that do have them though. I bet Spanish Wells is the only dry island in the Bahamas, at least that I know of. What were we thinking? ha

I would rather put that money towards going to the Bahama's. Different strokes. It is all good.

Take the checkbook with you, those purses are expensive. :O

I am off again. Off to Spanish Wells via Miami on Tuesday. Leaving our island tomorrow and staying in the big city so we can make our flight with out worries. I am so ready to get off this rock and on to another, I can't tell ya. Takin the laptop so I will be in touch here.

WooHoo, this is my Friday, we are headed to NC tomorrow. Plans are to see Lauri and Jeff, then see the NHRA 4 wide drag race in Charlotte. It's gonna be loud!
