Wow that had to hurt. I hyper extended my knee practicing to be the next worlds champion bulldogger ;) when I was about 21 yrs. old. On crutches for a month and a cane for a couple more. Put a stop to that stuff. Anyway while a guy is laid up you get awful impatient to start doing stuff...

Were you climbing?

I had knee surgery in 1969 from a football injury and the scar is still kind of tingly when you touch it.

Yeah, back in the day I had a bean harvester and I was getting a bucket of beans out of the hopper while the machine was running for my uncle's friend. As I swung the 5 gallon bucket up I hit my knuckle on an auger and cut the tendon to my middle finger on my left hand. Didn't hurt right then...

That stuff always worked on the pain but made me feel somewhat nauseated.

That's good stuff? I've seen it around lately but haven't bought any. My daughter and I built a bridge for her science class from fireplace matches and gorilla glue. Her bridge won the class contest for the amount of weight it would hold before breaking.
