This is the double bowline: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_bowline made just by doubling the loops before the rabbit gets going.. Anything over 200 lbs gets an extra loop.. just becasue...- murphy4trees

On half inch use I prefer a "doubled" bowline... gives you three loops to set in the block.. if you are going with a bowline, at least double the loops that you rabbit goes through.. much stronger knot! and easier to untie after loading..- murphy4trees
