I drink regularly, but often not quite enough to have to go on the job. I go in the chips in the back of the chip truck if I have to, or often enough I dump a load of wood at the company lot in the middle of a job and go then.
I don't mind taking it easy, if the pay is the same, though I get tired and sluggish if we slow down too much. I worked for a guy who'd take like an hour and a half to get in the tree. I'm not sure how they manage to be that slow, but otherwise he was pretty good.
Sugar & borax water on saucers helps get rid of ants. It draws them in, they drink it, and die in a few hours. Hopefully they take some back for the queen. I think it's 15-30% borax, the rest sugar, and dissolve it in warm water.

The news reported about the tree scam recently in TN. They try to get you to cut down someone else's tree, usually on lots for sale, and somehow scam you out of money. You just have to contact the owner directly and confirm they own the property.
Fingernails are not a good test because of how soft they are, but wood is soft too, and lots of wood gets cut with chains much duller than that.

Avoid updates as much as possible, or keep an old machine, and only use the new when needed for compatibility issues. If it works, don't fix it. And keep powerful magnets away from the external drive. phones can contain powerful magnets.
