I keep it in a dedicated cooler with ice. I also have an extra set of frozen inserts for the vest. I rotate them as needed. They'll last about 1.5 to 2 hours each. You can put the inserts back in the cooler and they're ready to go again before the next set runs out.

I use a similar product from Modere called Revitalize. It's almost time to put on the CoolVest! Electrolytes = Good Sugar = Not so good Gatorade, Powerade, etc have too much sugar.

You think 23 is hot? If my math is correct, that's 73.4F, right? I'd give my left nut to work in 73 degrees all day. It's been in the low 90's here lately. CoolVest is the way to go. I haven't used mine yet; waiting till it gets warmer.
