I have never had a problem with offering a "difficult" client another option. More than not they call me back to do the job. It shows confidence, honesty and integrity and that i have standards i won't compromise, even if those standards cost the client more money going with me. But in the end...

Ya cabling or bolting were thoughts, but i really think the tree has been exposed too long and really don't think the integrity is there to support bolting or cabling.

Ya sorry, didn't have cam with me. Ya it's an old injury from lightining and has 4 branches that grew from the stem at that point, obviously years ago. Ground Guy Skills Checklist

I pay my guy $20/hour and he's more than worth it. I throw him extra on the really good jobs. A good groundie is priceless! Starter, i will still pay $15.00/hour. But i would be looking for experience. I really don't want to hire a complete newb or guys i would get for offering 10.25/hour. Get...

Cool hounds squishy, looks like you have a great hunk of land there. I'm jealous! Back in the day i just about ended up in that area. The BC gov had a provincial jail scheduled for build in westview and was on the list to transfer. As an Officer not an inmate! BUt it fell through so i stayed up...
