Well, to be exact heres what i was told after my not quite grasping it..... "its kind of a pain to install. lets see if i can verbalize it. take the akimbo apart into two halves by removing the center bolt and both cam bolts. you can leave the roller and bollard on but its easier with them off...

I understand there may be a scenario where you would actually need to slack the holding line as the tree falls but i sure can't picture it..... I always just keep the holding line at desired pretension and hold steady.

It does look like it Gary 🤔 I just poached it off a google search. i remember there being a certain way to make the 'z rig' be a 3:1 m.a. - as stated above,in regards to the pretension of the lowering line,it would require something different than shown in the video to get the advantage...
