So if I decided not to go with the dmm block, which would be better? CMI or ISC? I've read on treestuff "ask an expert" that a CMI block which is 5/8" are only compatible with a 5/8" sling(upper sheave), but other blocks(ISC/DMM) will allow 3/4" slings.

I'm not to familiar of a rig and ring and how it works. At work I've only seen and heard of my foreman talk about using a block and port a wrap

So I'm looking to purchase my very first rigging setup in the near future. I would like to get the dmm impact block(5/8") and also the medium port a wrap(5/8"). I know by purchasing the 5/8" impact block, I will have to use a rigging line that's 5/8" or less, but what size can my whoppie...

Alright thanks for the info. All I have for now is a 10' ce lanyard, Petzl sequoia, 120' 1/2" rope, zubat 330 handsaw, hitch climber and Buckingham titanium Spurs with the Velcro pads. I'm hoping I'll be able to fit it all

Gonna check with treestuff tomorrow, if they can't hook it up then I'll order it from baileys with the wait time.

I'll be getting the courant bag my next paycheck. Wesspur has it in all black which I like. On there homepage they stated that they will match/beat any competitors price. Treestuff is $149 and wesspur $169....anyone ever called wesspur out on there statement? Did they actually drop there prices...

It just pops out by prying it with a screwdriver? or is there certain screws to be removed? That switch is a auto return, so I'm thinking it may be connected to something on the inside to always have it on the start position
