Turbo in loader almost blown

My ls180 steer skid suppusedly is about to blow the turbo the bearing is whining .
I have no idea how to replace it actually hate working on that thing .PITA
What do you fellows recon it might cost?

$800 is reasonable, plan on $400 for labor, you can do it, if you are paitent, and willing to work like a double jointed midget upside down and backwards while blindfolded.
