The other little trim saws

I just got a echo 280 E 27cc-28cc top handle in to go through from a gardener getting ready to trim some trees for a elderly owner of saw and land. Seems like a light saw in7-8lb range and way underpowered by today's standards. First one I have ever seen and was sold by the stihl dealer I get parts from when sold new. Any known problems to look for?

Just curious when it was made? Because I would swear there was never a drop of bar oil put in the tank. It's in there now and the drive links being wore proably says it never had any.
Dumped the old mix, slapped on a new VXL chain and didnt even have to adjust the carb any to my mix. Air filter, bet it has never been cleaned.

There's a little foot note below the model on Mick Acres site that mentions 1991-1994 . Itty bitty thing .
