Teupen Spiderlift issues

A friend of mine bought a used Teupen Spiderlift a few months ago. He is having issues with the safety interlocks and cannot find anyone to work on it. Would anyone here have any insight on Teupen service places in Florida? Or any insight on disabling/bypassing the malfunctioning safety interlocks that won't let him move the machine?

Seems to me that safety interlocks are of two basic types...those that stop function if a circuit is closed, and those that do so if a circuit is open. So it should be fairly straightforward figuring out which it is on the interlocks that are keeping him from moving the machine, and either patching an open circuit closed, or opening a closed circuit.

But I'm just speculating, as I have no direct knowledge of these lifts.
