Skin Me, Baby!!!

So, it's been awhile since the new skins became available and I was wondering which one's the most popular. I'm finding myself switching back and forth from Digital Green to Dark Vision, but mostly I like DG.

I prefer the default blue. The black type on white or light blue background is the easiest for me to read. My ability to focus on close up items has deteriorated rapidly over the last year and I'm afraid I need glasses, but for now I just use the zoom feature on my browser to be able to read the wordz. The green is ok but not as crisp and the white type on black background is almost illegible for me.

Started with the green and haven't budged, not very adventurous in that regard, I guess.

Brian, better check out getting glasses, straining further damages your eyes. I was asking an opthamologist friend about computer use and eye damage. She said she sees a lot of patients who spend mucho time at the computer, and it is important to look away from the screen and focus on objects at a different distance, from time to time.

Digital green...I find it much easier than all the blue.

Sqwerl...get some glasses, I bit the bullet last year, finally admitted the manual focus feature of my arm length was no longer enough!

I like the DG as well but I'm fine w/ default since it changed to a slightly darker blue.

Pictures look best with the two black skins. But with dark vision, the page numbers in grey are difficult to see. Pixel wood is good.

I like the blue fox skin. It's very subjective of course. I use computers a great deal in the dark and find traditional black text on an ocean of white a little hard on the eyes after a while. That's why i like the darker ones. Also picture look so much better on a black background. My website uses black because it has pictures on it.
But I'm sure other users have different needs and maybe not so fussed about picture presentation.
To be honest I didn't know vbulletin had a user skin option. I'd vote for keeping as many options open as possible. If possible.
Just my thoughts Butch. The content is more important of course.
