Recommendation for steel toe ground boot?

I have a pair of Ariat steel toe boots that so far have proven to be great - comfortable and tough but wondering what else is out there. The Ariats are glued together and have held up so far but wondering about stitched soles. I wear a size 15W sneaker and dress shoe but boot sizes seem to run larger - these Ariats are 14EE as are the Thorogood jump boots I have.

Maybe these? They go up to size 14 but tend to run large. I have a pair of 12 and they are a nice boot. I wear 2 pairs of socks and they fit well.

I've worn Timberland steel toes since I was a kid (awaiting the razz; yea I know). Wear the 8" ones for climbing, and the 6" in black for estimates/putzing around. I get about 3 years out of the bigger ones. On year 6 of the 6 inchers.
