Looks like the PowerQuick: http://www.powerquickinc.com/ - heavy, expensive, and slow. It would be awesome for those 300 ft ascents by parapalegics though. On the other hand, this is probably what they said about jumars when they first came out.

some day I'm going to invent a machine that teleports me around the tree. It is going to be connected to my glasses and all you do is look where you want to go, click your heels three times and say "there's no place like home". It will be a buffet of awesome
