Online bank deposits

I have started using my home 4-in-1's scanner to do online deposits. I get the deposit put into my account immediately, which is another nice aspect on top of not having to make a trip to the credit union. I use BECU, as an FYI to Washington State folks. Don't know about any other banks/ CUs.

Thought that knowing about this option with some credit unions/ banks might help some folks.




I believe that smartphones can do this as well, perhaps. Anybody know? I have an Android operating system.

Just made a deposit of a check in the mailbox yesterday.

I print out a copy of the bank record, staple the check to it, and keep on file for 60 days. EZ PZ.
