Finally got my new truck in. The guys forgot to put on one of the underbody boxes but other than that it’s pretty sweet.

Great chip box volume. I'll bet you can way overload that with chip weight alone. (Not that that should stop you under many circumstances.)

What yardage capacity do you figure?

I forget the exact measurements but it’s similar to my Isuzu ftr. Almost 20 yards. It’s nice to be able to stand in the back of the truck to piss without hunching over😂

That is incredible capacity at 20 yards. Even at 18 yards so it's not rolling out on the road and at 500 lbs per yard of chips that would be 9000 lbs. Have you had it loaded that heavy to know how it feels when traveling? Know empty weight on truck?

I haven’t had it fully loaded yet. However my ftr has the same capacity and also same engine and horse power but with a heavier curb weight. It has always pulled whatever we throw at it but it’s by no means fast. I just walked outside to take a rough measurement. At 12x6x7 I’m sitting at 18.6 yards. I had it 3/4 filled today. Seemed fine.

Well I got the measuring tape out this morning and took a real measurement of the back of my truck. I’m actually looking at 20.4 yards capacity. Perhaps minus a yard for the way the chips will slope down in the back.

Nice wheels! I've always loved cabovers, ran deliveries in fuso's for a few years. Can't imagine towing a 250 loaded with chips though. Is that a 4cyl diesel?

Also how does that top attach on the dump box? I see some hardware inside but can't make it out. The removable tops make trucks so much more versatile.

Just a standard box with a ladder slot, I put the ladder in the roof and cut holes in the side of the ladder box. Got two under boxes. Saws on one side and Grcs and rigging and then another small oil and gas box. I want to get another small box with a battery and inverter setup. Love being able to turn on a dime
