Muff parts

I got a pair of these cap mounted ear muffs today and -ha ha- my rope got caught in one of themn and broke the mounting plate. Any one use these or know of a place to get the replacement or am i stuck getting a new pair? Thanks

so sorry to disaapoint. But it got you to check it out! Now about those muff parts...Anyone got any suggestions about durable helmet mounted ear protection for a Petzl Vertex Best?

I don't know about durable but just use the forestry kit that Sherrills sells. The ears will catch twigs and ropes sometimes and I did break'em once... but that was an extreme case. I just epoxied them back on to the wire stems.
