her and I did a Holiday Monday climb, it was Victoria Day up here, so we climbed a big Maple.

She climbed on my homemade version of a pulleysaver and loved how easy it was to move up and down the tree.

I just came off a nightmare removal from hell, lost money on it, and still have not been paid for it, so this was a nice break 8) plus it is always better to buddy-climb, than to climb alone. IMGP7888.jpg IMGP7882.jpg IMGP7891.jpg IMGP7847.jpg IMGP7858.jpg

And of course, i only climb wearing my Monday's best :) IMGP7854.jpg

Not only alive, she is looking well. Tell her to drop in now and again.

Good that you had some recreation.

Hi boys. i use that Peter cuz i like my pulley facing a certain way. If i don't have that there, then my system faces to the side.

Only a tree guy could see a beautiful gal in a tree and take more notice of her climbing gear.

Hiya Lou!

Thought as much. Just looks like too many links in the chain, pity you can't put the biner straight onto the webbing loop on the harness.

Must make it a real stretch to the top of your hitch when branch walking?

I noticed her hitch is a little off, and her sunglasses are FAR too large :P:P:) IMGP7879.jpg

But still...

Two things....like Brenda Lee (the Closer) says..."She is cute as a bug."

And, Jay...that was an exceptional music video...one of the few I have watched all the way through. Good find and apropos.

Lou and mentor Cary...how about rotating that lower Omega Pacific Jake around, or maybe better yet replacing it with an oval biner, then sliding the biner into the webbing loop parallel with the fixed D (assuming enough space in the sewn webbing loop to do so). Just let the D lay unused...or get radical and cut it out (especially if there isn't room for both the D and the biner.

no, im not subborn, it just easier the way i have it...well i think its easier. but it doesnt really make a difference to me, i dont find my system too far away from me.

im so happy its warm out now :D im just bummed that i dont have a nice big oak at my house...instead i have young nasty bur oak :(

They are awesome shirts, and surprisingly effective at wicking for being non-wicking ;)
