Back when I was a teen a quick thaw broke up the thick ice in our creek. Me and two friends spent all afternoon riding them down our creek. We would jump on as they came out through our bridge. As the afternoon went on the warm weather was making the ice thinner. My two friends ended up in the drink. The last one I rode was highly unstable. I had to constantly correct to keep it balanced. When I made it off that one I was smart enough to call it quits. My Mom got my friends some of my Dad's clothes. They were both bigger than my Dad. Wish I had got a pic of them and the days activities.
