error messages

I'm getting these messages every now and then. Never used to happen, only the last few days. Anyone else?

"The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log. "

It's the "unread posts" mod screwing up. All you need to do is hit your back button and try again. So far, for me, that's fixed it every time.
