    Correction noted, but some dictionaries recognize "Payed" as well. "Paid" would indeed be the more generally accepted usage.

    I plane wood a lot, sometimes 6-8 hours a day. Good for upper body strength...arms, and stretching out your back. I even get payed for it, hopefully at some point. Cycling does good for the legs. Need to work on my gut more, the weak link.
