    Wet chips have no place in stalls. We have thick rubber flooring in our stalls, we put a bit of straw and dry wood shavings on top, to absorb urine.

    We get asked for wood chips by horse people once in a while. Never made sense to me either. I can get money for them at the local power plant, so that is where mine go.

    I've done horse logging. Today it takes extreme terrain to be any where near profitable, and will only be so, if there isn't a chopper or high line outfit near by. Nice work, though, if you are not logging to scale.

    Me, too. We attached the GPS tracher to our new chipper with zip ties. Stuck in into a bunch of wires ans zipped it in. You'd need a PHD in stealing equipment to find it. Now I'm just waiting for the gang that stole my first one to run off with the new machine. Please, please...
