The 361? I dunno on the ground I still seem to grab a 46 first. Dangling or riding though I'll take the 361 always over a 46 now.

And a 46 ain't gonna hold a candle to a 66 in the longer bar lengths. I agree though the 361 is a amazingly smooth saw to run, almost seems effortless.

Not to sound the ass here but something tells me that other peoples ideas of cutting at an acceptable speed and my idea of cutting at an acceptable speed might be slightly different. My 660 was used today with a 32" bar and with the EHP mod it is just acceptable imo and still to slow with a 36"...

I cut mostly softwoods and only run up to 25" on my 46's imo the lengths of bar you're talking are gonna be sloooooowwww on a 46. I run the Stihl chisel anywhere from full-skip to non-skip(what I call full house but I don't want to open that can of worms again :D)

You doing alot of brushing right now on the line clearance or something? I did some treespacing when I was younger and those were long days on the saw, bush teaches you to be efficient. Heavier is heavier no matter how efficient you are, all I'm saying is side by side I'm certain my modded...

I've been pulling my ehp361 over my 46's lately. Light, smooth, and power I'll never go back to stock saws now.

I love my EHP660, invaluable around here. Been working some big firs lately and everyone wants them bucked into firewood sized lengths. Time is money and the 660 destroys a 460 when bucking anything over 24"s imo. Remember I'm running EHP or just muffler modded 361's, two 46's, and the 660...
