    I could get it straight as well, Al, but looking at the pick, even closing up the rails, it's got such a short life left in it, why waste $200 in labor for a $50 bar? I'm all for saving a buck, but that bar is worn out, no matter how straight you make it!

    Got to go with Jomo, you might get another season out of the sprocket, but it's worn badly, the chain was not sharpened correctly, which is going to be a bear to get back to good, and that poor bar is just dun!

    A couple of things come to mind off the top of my head. Have you been flipping the bar over every time you change the chain? This can cause uneven wear on the bar if it's not flipped regularly.
