How do you address your exhaust on grass. I've browned a few patches in some nice centipede with the Ac drip and the exhaust. I'm used to the pony motor and no Ac. So this is a bit of a new problem to me.

I agree B. I try to keep my stuff clean. Makes maintenance so much easier. I passed a competitor yesterday that had a foot of sticks built up on his headache rack!!

If I had time to modify it. I'd slant the front end. Less drag but I've had zero issues with it get torn from wind damage. We can discuss employees driving under low limbs on a different thread.

Yeah I can remove it myself. No problem. Aluminum would beeven better. I don't have means to weld aluminum though... I went six inches tall on it. Sheet metal the front, you can thank me later!!

Steel tube and custom mesh(read utility knife) screwed to the frame. Get almost 18 months out of the tarp. Truck gets a bit dusty. But most chip trucks do!

The whole buy American theme is great. Unfortunalty, and I might be out of line with this, not to many big ticket items are made with parts completely from America. I mean every nut, bolt, computer part.... I do try to buy American. Unless the difference in quality is extreme. The price is...

Yeah, we have to be real careful when offroading!! I've wanted to build a skid plate for it. But I'm afraid it would mess up the airflow and cause overheating. Little truck has been overloaded quite a few times, never seems to mind. My only complaint is the 16"tires. We go thru a set in a year...

The isuzus are great trucks. I've had one for 11 years. Great town truck. I pull my 15x with the boxer on the flatbed, no problem. Easy to work on if needed. Pulled the radiator and intercooler in 15 minutes, Try that on a ford!!

You will not get a very nice diesel truck for 9k. I would vote for a diesel car. And make friends with someone that is setup to cleanup side jobs for you!!

I've got to change the oil in my bucket as well. I've been switching everything over to t6 rotella. Chipper fuel economy seemed to improve vastly since the switch.

I'd max out a 350 at around 12 yards. That might be a bit much actually. 500 pounds per yard of chip. That is a nice looking bed though. Can you customize the oddball toolbox??

Awesome. I need to get my main cylinder on the boom repacked. Its leaking when the truck sits for a few days. And the water pump is doing the same. From what I read that is how a cat water pump is designed to let you know it's failing.
