This is probably gonna sound dumb, but something that low i would almost consider some scaffold. You can do a free standing scaffold with a 4:1 height to base, so if you could rent some industrial stuff you could do 40 foot easy. Iirc @Ryan does it for a living so he would know best. I need to...
