    Edit to my prvious comments - Its not that I think horses cant do the job, or that they are useless, But I hate seeing them touted as an 'environmentally friendly' option.

    Thats what horse loggers would have you believe - but its complete bollocks. Horse logging does far more ground damage than low ground pressure equipment.
