    Chips get wedged in the crevices if the skin is on the outside. It becomes a big hassle with crud getting stuck and will also rust out faster. And the 1" isn't going to make a whole heck of a lot of difference in capacity. Unless you're packing the chips in the truck by hand, one at a time. ;)

    I'd put the skin on the inside of the frame. More functional. 8) If you want to hang a sign on it, then get your sign put on aluminum sheet and then attach it with screws or whatever. But the working skin needs to be on the inside.

    Hey Willie, you may wanna put something in the front of the box there to separate the bed from the cab. Otherwise your chipper may blow chips right over the bed and all over the cab of the truck. :lol: :D
