Thats the harbor in Tofino. The mountain pass/drive from Port Alberni to the Ucuelet junction, while sketchy, is just spectacular.....at least, when the rain and fog clear for a minute. I had to concentrate hard to keep my eyes on the road in front and not gaze up and all around in awe. Hardly...

Different beach. Great colours late afternoon. Great day we had.

This is long beach. The photos don't do it justice in regards to scale. The noise and size of the wave are huge. All but the 2nd to Las photo are from 50ft looking down.

I'll get some more pics over the next few days. It's extremely wet and windy, but at least it's all quiet. There was a cougar sighted in town yesterday so we just have to be a little careful out on the trails.
