I had already told you that I would take it if Sean backed out. I didn't think I had to tell you twice.

He sent me a PM and said Sean was not going through with the purchase. Maybe Sean did end up buying it after all, I don't know for sure but it looked like he sold it to someone else.

Wondering why you sold it out from under me like that when I thought I was quite clear that I would take it? (Post #4) smh
