    I didn't get any before pictures, but this is a 62" DBH cottonwood. It was a monster. The picture with Alec and Steve next to the log is from the main union about 40' up.

    +1. I took Paul's advice and now I never use the round slings. They are faster to set up and bite into the wood extremely well.
