Freezing rain and a few flurries so far! People are making a big deal of the weather here. Interstate I-10, I-12, and I-59 will Likely be shut down tonight here if the ice keeps falling. Only 30 F with a winchill of 20. First time I put on my longjohns in a few years :P- ClimbMIT

Split some River Birch today with my Fiskars axe. It was so easy with it up on a stump while using an old tire so they wouldn't fly away. Hoping that this potential ice storm heading this way may bring some much needed work. Can't recall experiencing an ice storm in all 38 years of living here...- ClimbMIT

I have a 35 year old house with original ac. Turned on full blast it still got to 85 degrees inside! Didn't climb today honestly don't think I could have after 10:00 am. Be careful out there!- ClimbMIT

Humid! but windy. I would move further North if I could. I need to finish my profile. I am north of New Orleans. Saturday will be nice sunny with high of 70 and lows in the 40's at night. Love cool weather- ClimbMIT
