Ive done a tiny stint of night shift, after work beers at dawn etc- couldn't handle it full time. Levi its probably not until you crack open and blow the froth off your thirties that the rough side of booze shows itsleff
I piss very first thing after waking, then coffee/muesli, then throne, then off to work. It helps to not eat exotic curries etc on a work night as they can disturbingly disrupt the routine.
