Loves me my Dingo; would have gotten out of the business if it wasn't for that thing and all it does.

Had fun dealing with a ~85' Red Maple that got toppled in the microburst that came through here this past Tuesday. Went over circular driveway and whacked half an 8-stem Jap Maple and bisected a Eastem Red Cedar. Myself, junior and part timer made quick work in the ungodly heat and humidity...

Spent yesterday and today wrecking out 2 dead, crispy White Ash, hanging over a playground of a local church. Spiked up one, rigged all limbs down (including a nice limb walk out on a 40+ footer that split and hung over neighbor's yards/other trees). Then set rigging and climbing lines and...

That's East Coast, Burnham. I wish I had that much wood to prop myself on for almost half the trees I do. Zooming in looks like he's got at least half of a 18-24" split. I've had oaks like that that were even dicier, yet held no problem.

Additionally, the drought we are stuck in is adding to it, as everything dead is already dry as can be.

I've been getting showered with dust when chipping the dead Ash here. Almost have to legitimately wear a mask when chipping now.

This was me cutting the stump piece from the twin stem Walnut I did last week. 36" at the base, both stems 85" tall. The smaller stem stayed 18" from the split (8' up) up all the way to 65'. The bigger was 24" above the split to about 50', then just under 20" up to 70'. Neighbor took all the...

Around me, speedline opportunities are few and far netween (work in too many tree-crowded and/or obstacle filled yards).

Hey Rich, just out of curiosity, what was the capacity (ie: how big a stick can it accept at the throat) of that tracked chipper? Thx in advance.

Started a multi-day, multi-tree take down job, as I had 2 brush monkeys today. Two 70+ ft. maples, one over house, bushes, walk and well. The second was out in the yard, but one limb threatened house and one top would have landed in the street. Lots of rigging on those 2, and was able to bomb...

The shape of the powerhead and the orange on it and near the bar make me think slightly older Stihl, most likely.
