    Say what,minutes on end,really minutes . Are you sure you don't have the chain on ass backwards .:lol: About a minute would be more like it on 30 inch unless it's petrified .

    oops --belay my last .I just found the picture the damned thing has full skip on it .Too many saws I forget what is on what .

    Full compliment round filed chisel on that bar .I have some skip on a 36 for the larger saws but this one does just fine in these hardwoods running full . One thing thing to note,the damned Stihls are a little lacking in the oiling department to really oil good this length of bar . I seldom...

    I don't own an 046 but I do have a pair of 048's which are the same displacement although older .These will pull with relative ease a 32" in hardwood .

    It's hard to beat larger cubic inch saws in larger wood . I noticed last week end running a Huskey 181 and a Mac 125 that the Huskey hung right in to about 20 or so inchs .After that no way could it come close to big old yellow . On the subject though an 066/Ms 660 is a damned nice saw.
